  • Plesk cronjob is not working.
  • Cron tasks are disabled and cannot be activated via the Plesk interface.

When you click on a Cron job to enable it, Plesk reports that the operation completed successfully. However, the job stays inactive as shown in the following screenshot:

This is an internal issue with ID #PPPM-4560, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.


  • Suspend then activate the domain in Plesk

  • If you prefer not to suspend the domain, execute the following:

    # /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/crontabmng allow system_user_login

    Where system_user_login is the login of a system user for whom you manage Cron jobs.
