I am trying to access File section for my domain. The following error is shown on the screen:

Message: filemng failed: Unable to logon user (DOMAIN\plesk_sysuser): (1907) The user's password must be changed before logging on the first time. (Error code 1)
File: Agent.php
Line: 243
Type: PleskUtilException

This also causes problem with migration of the affected domain.

Password for system user for this subscription has expired.

Plesk system users should have their password policy set to Never expire.

Adjust this for all Plesk system users by performing the following commands:

  1. "%plesk_bin%"\dbclient --direct-sql --sql="select login from sys_users;" > users.txt

  2. for /F %a in (users.txt) do wmic path Win32_UserAccount where Name='%a' set PasswordExpires=false

The command may take a while to complete if there are many users. At the end, all Plesk system users' passwords will be permanent and you will be able to access File Manager again (and migration should no longer throw an error).
