You may use so called bind-mount to remount a subtree/device inside a VE (so that its contents are available in both places). F.e. if you want that /dev/sda1 mounted on a node is accessible in VE #101 as /mnt then you may use the following command on a hardware node to do that:
# mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/sda1
# mount --bind /mnt/sda1 /vz/root/101/mnt

Corresponding command to umount /dev/sda1 from VE #101 would be:
# umount /vz/root/101/mnt

In order to automate such mount/umount actions during VE start/stop you may create corresponding mount/umount scripts. Please refer to Virtuozzo for Linux User's Guide for examples of such scripts, chapter 'Advanced Tasks', section 'Sharing File System Among Virtual Private Servers'.
