When installing Wordpress on a Unicode pathname. The install fails with the following errors in
ERR [panel] Exception: Unable to write file C:\Vhosts\domain.tld\cñ-domain.es\wordpress\/wp-config.php. PHP Warning: fopen(C:\Vhosts\domain.tld\cñ-domain.es\wordpress\/wp-config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in G:\PleskData\var\apspackages\apsBF46.tmp.zip7fe8a0da-b4a9-8de2-1a\cache\scripts\file-util.php on line 15
Changing the document root to a non-Unicode pathname (e.g. 'cñ-domain.es' to 'cn-domain.es') eliminates the problem.
Internal product issue #PPPM-1965. The issue affects only Plesk 12 for Windows. Linux version is not affected.
Issue was fixed in Plesk Microupdate #21, please refer to link for MU description and update Plesk to the latest microupdate.
