How to use dsn.exe to create MS Access ODBC DSN's correctly?

The dsn.exe utility should contain the full set of parameters. DSN can be created with the following command:

"%plesk_cli%\dsn.exe" --create plesk_test -type "Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)" -domain -connection-string "DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};DBQ=C:\inetpub\vhosts\\httpdocs\database\MS_Acess_DB.mdb;PAGETIMEOUT={5};MAXBUFFERSIZE={2048};READONLY={False};EXCLUSIVE={False};SAFETRANSACTIONS={0};THREADS={3};MAXSCANROWS={8};IMPLICITCOMMITSYNC={No};USERCOMMITSYNC={No}"
