  1. Subscription is restored from other Plesk server, where subscription has limit maximum websites=1.

  2. While creating the second domain on subscription, the following error appears:

Error: "Warning: There are no available resources of this type (sites) left. Requested: 1; available: 0."
  3. There is no button Add domain in the subrscription.

It appears only if you restore subscription with website limits=1 (you can check it in subscription properties). Subscription properties/limit are restored as well during domain restorationl. Software issue #PPPM-1948 was submited for this case.

To allow to create additional domains under subscription, increase number of sites in subscription using command line:

    # /usr/local/psa/bin/subscription_settings --update domain.tld -max_site -1

Or you can do it via Plesk GUI > Subscriptions > Domain.tld > Properties.

Hi, my Plesk license agreement allows me up to 10 domains, however I can't seem to find any possibility to add domains in the interface (only subdomains and aliases). The view is set to Power user view, there's no option to switch to Service provider view...Maybe it has to do something with the view? Currently I have two domains in Plesk which we're merged from another server. I did lot's of searches and seems I'm not the only user whit this problem. Could you please point me out how I can add the full 10 domains that come with the package and preferable in a user-friendly way? My license key number: PLSK.03081786.0000 It's activated and up to date. Thanks! Bert Verstappen

cannot create more than 1 domain
