The following messages appear when running the following command on Parallels Plesk server:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-all
WARNING during statistics_collector execution: : error: error accessing /var/www/vhosts/system/example.tld/logs: No such file or directory
error: glob failed for /var/www/vhosts/system/example.tld/logs/*.processed

where example.tld is a domain alias.

Log rotation file /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/example.tld was not removed.

The statistics utility calculates the statistics and rotates the logs using /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/example.tld configuration file.

From the aforementioned error it can be seen that statistics utility tried to find logs for example.tld that are not present on the system, because the example.tld is a domain alias. It is possible that example.tld previously was a real domain, but then it was changed to a domain alias and /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/example.tld was not removed for some reason.

Move /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/example.tld the file to a different directory.

# mv /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/example.tld /root/
