After logging to plesk panel we are getting logging out immediately.

How do I increase/decrease the session timeout in Plesk?

Too short session timeout set in Tools and Settings > Session Idle Time.

  1. Increase the session timeout:

    Tools and Settings > Session Idle Time

  2. set the value in minutes (by default it is 30 minutes) and press OK.

If it not possible to change Session Idle Time through the Plesk GUI you can change this values in the psa database in following way:

  1. create a backup of psa database:

    # mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa > ~/psa.`date +%F_%H:%M`.sql
  2. change session timeout:

    mysql> update misc set val=30 where param='login_timeout';
