Client has an issue when upgrading to Plesk 12.

The panel is showing updates are available, which are Plesk 11 updates:

Update #47 is available. The total number of missed security updates: 4. 

According to Plesk release notes at the last update for Plesk 12.0.18 is MU#18.


misc table was not updated properly: it has old value for available_patch parameter.


  1. Change the value to the latest version of the currently installed Plesk version:

    mysql> update misc set val='18' where param='available_patch'; Query OK, 1 row affected (0.05 sec)

  2. Execute the "CheckForUpdates" maintenance script manually:

    /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php -f CheckForUpdates
