When log into MailEnable webmail the follwoing error appears:

Unknown or Disabled User!


Misconfiguration of the MailEnable.
As well, the error appears if you entered incorrect username/password.


  1. Go to %plesk_dir%\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin
  2. Run 'MEInstaller.exe' and perform the following steps:

    2.1 Re-Register Administration Components

    2.2 Repair Configuration Files

    2.3 Reset IIS Virtual Directory Configuration settings for ASP/ASPX Platform

    2.4 Restart IIS. Run the following in command line:
