The PWRR state of the Virtual Machine is shown incorrectly in cluster monitoring utility shaman top (or shaman stat)

# shaman stat
VM NAME PWRR STATUS OWNER_IP PRIORITY
  test_vm off Active 0

However the Virtual Machine is running:

# prlctl list -H test_vm
{74084b8c-0bc6-47bd-ade3-0861855a3908} running - VM test_vm

Shaman detects PWRR state of a VM by parsing its configuration file (checks Running tag content):

# grep Running /var/parallels/test_vm.pvm/config.pvs

Tag might not be renewed due to various circumstances making shaman PWRR detection unreliable.

The behavior is recognized as a product bug with internal ID #PSBM-26895.

Issue will be fixed in one of the future updates.

If you need to correct the VM's status edit config.pvs config file manually (it will be present in VM's home directory, e.g. /var/parallels/test_vm.pvm/config.pvs for Virtual Machine named test_vm). Locate and edit <Running> tag's content from 0 to 1.
