Plesk shows the error in the browser:

ERROR: Zend_Db_Statement_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1021 Disk full (/tmp/#sql_4f20f_5); waiting for someone to free some space... (Pdo.php:234)

The error is coming from MySQL server:

Error: 1021 SQLSTATE: HY000 (ER_DISK_FULL)
Message: Disk full (%s); waiting for someone to free some space...

The error is self-explained. The mentioned partition in the does not have enough disk space.

Free up disk space on the the /tmp partition.

There are a lot methods to increase free disk space on the partition:

  1. For example, you can mount the additional partition with bind option instead:

    mount -o bind /var/tmp/ /tmp/

And add the following line to /etc/fstab:

    /var/tmpfs /tmp none bind 0 0
  2. If the server's filesystem has configured LVM you can extent the /tmp. See more details by link "Extending a logical volume"
