When attempting to recalculate domain statistics with statistics.exe utility it stops without any errors:

>"%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe" --http-web-statistics --from-date="2013/01/01" --verbose
Save FTP logs 2: '' HTTP logs 2: '' mail logs 2: ''

Or statistics are not calculated.

Very big log files in "%plesk_vhosts%\\statistics\logs\W3SVC1***\" (up to 185MB).

To recalculate the statistics for big log files, run recalculation procedure manually:

  1. Make sure that Perl is installed.

  2. Go to AWStats\cgi-bin directory for the domain:

    cd "%plesk_vhosts%"\\statistics\webstat\AWStats\cgi-bin\

In Plesk 12.5 AWStats\cgi-bin folder is located in the following path:

    cd "%plesk_vhosts%"\\.plesk\statistics\\webstat\AWStats\cgi-bin\
  3. Execute Perl script:

    perl -DirData=C:\Inetpub\vhosts\\statistics\webstat -LogFile=C:\vhosts\\statistics\logs\W3SVC11\u_extend.log - -update

where u_extend.log is IIS server log file.
