  1. Webmail icon missed on the "Mail" tab or customers are unable to login to a webmail with connection error.

  2. In postfix database mailboxes for the affected domain has flag 'D' - Disabled.


Mail service for domain was disabled.


  1. Login to Customer's Control Panel for required subscription,
  2. Go to Mail tab -> Mail settings and disable mail service.
  3. Enable mail service back.

Make sure that webmail is available.
