mchk utility fails with error:

    Checking for: mail_responder_restore...
    line 676:   441 Segmentation fault      $progname $args >> $product_log 2>&1

Or the followign error appears:

    Checking for: mail_responder_restore... fail
    Errors occured in mail restore procedure
    Some utilities have exited with errors:

Executing /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/mail_responder_restore utility manually results in:

    # /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/mail_responder_restore
    /usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/mail_responder_restore[30671]: Unable to restore autoresponder for 'test@domain.tld': check if you have record in table 'mail_resp' with mn_id=1576 and resp_name='default' and corresponding records in tables 'mail' and 'resp_forward'

Value for resp_name does not set to "default" in mail_resp table. Issue is fixed in Plesk 11.5.

  1. Dump psa database:

    # mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` --skip-extended-insert psa > psa.dump.`date +%F.%s`.sql
  2. Set resp_name to 'default' for all accounts as below:

    mysql> update mail_resp set resp_name='default';
