I use CBM and do not get billing notifications when subscription is created.


  1. Make sure that notifications are enabled in Plesk Control panel->Tools and Settings->Notifications.

  2. Make sure that email notification is enabled in Plan in Business Manager: Business Manager->Plans->Plan name->Change Settings->Notifications and enable New subscriptions notifications.
