Unable to create backup on FTP repository, following error occurs:

Cannot parse output file '' [Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.]

FTP username for backup containes @ symbol.

Bug #PPPM-904. It is fixed in Plesk Onyx.

Upgrade to the latest Plesk version.

If upgrade is not possible:

  1. Change FTP username (without @):

Plesk > Domains > Websites & Domains> Backup Manager > Personal FTP Repository > Personal FTP Repository Settings.

  2. Configure the same username on FTP repository.
