Scheduled statistics calculation task fails, but manually launched statistics calculation task is successful.
The following error message from "runtask.exe" can be found in the Plesk Eventlog in Windows EventViewer
SMTP Exception at Unable to execute event(runtask::start line 210) C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe
At the same time as
SMTP Exceptionerror appears, the following can be seen in the Mail server log

Plesk executes all scheduled tasks via '
runtask.exe' with '
--defaultmail' parameter or with an email address specified in Scheduled Task settings. Note: By default, Plesk using mail account which is created by Plesk during an installation.

runtask tries to send an email to the default email address(es) configured in Plesk
If any error happens during
runtask.exe work, the whole task will fail.
Enable debug logging in MailEnable (SMTP Activity log should be also enabled):

runtaskmanually from command line, as for an example:

or just create any sample Scheduled Task from Plesk GUI and run it either via Plesk Scheduled Task or from Windows Task Scheduler
Watch for an output in the Command Prompt or in a Plesk Event log in Windows EventViewer
Create a test email account in Plesk and configure Plesk to use it or an existing one, if credentials are known. Tools& Settings -> External SMTP Server -> External SMTP server settings
Try to send a mail with SMTP AUTH as a mail account user from the step #4.
If it fails, create a new email account directly via MailEnable
MailEnable Admin -> 'MailEnable Management->Messaging Manager->PostOffices->MailBoxes->New Mailbox'. Then repeat the previous step #5.
If the mail is sent successfully - please create a support request to Plesk technical support.
