When I try to synchronize customers with Customer and Bussines Manager the following error appears:
There was an error SSO: couldn't connect to host
Check the SSO server url and make sure that it is correctly set, can be pinged from the Plesk server.
To get the SSO Server URL run the following command:
#/usr/local/psa/bin/sso -g SSO status: on SSO server url: https://domain.tld:8443 SSO API version: sw:sso:idp:1_0 SSO Application ID: o4dwhirdcr0s3vk2ymcrkaiftebeixb2v5m # ping domain.tld
If the SSO server url cannot be pinged, check the
/etc/hoststo see if other IP points to the URL.
Correct the SSO server url if required, enable SSO and run integration repair:
/usr/local/psa/bin/sso -s -server https://domain.tld:8443 -url https://correcthostname:8443 /usr/local/psa/bin/sso -e /usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all
where domain.tld is FQDN hostname of server where Bulling is installed.
