Some mailboxes displays the
Unlimited quota value in Mailenable interface while exact quota value is specified for mailbox in Plesk.
Why the values are different?
Mailenable is used as third-party component which is managed by Plesk. When mailbox is created via Plesk, it updates the database with the quota specified and we have two options:
1) Mailbox is created with
Default quota value, it is specified in subscription's service plan. In this case
Unlimited value is displayed in ME interface.
2) Mailbox is created with quota manually set or quota was modified via:
Plesk > domains > Example.com > Mail > firstname.lastname@example.org > Another size
then, quota size is displayed in ME interface.
Such behavior is by product design. In case the quota is reached Plesk blocks the mailbox from sending and receiving mail.
