After installing Microsoft updates KB3003743 and/or KB2984972, RDP stops working in some containers.

The remote session is created, but the user is logged off immediately afterwards.

Security logs inside containers show only logon and logoff event without any errors.

The mentioned updates bring changes to the handling of multiple terminal user sessions, which prevents establishing new RDP sessions.

The fix for this issue is enabling multiple sessions per user, the following registry entry should be corrected for all containers:

fSingleSessionPerUser REG_DWORD 0x0

To enable it on all containers, run the following in command line on the node:

for /f %i in ('vzlist -Ho veid') do reg add "HKLM\vz%i\MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer" /v fSingleSessionPerUser /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

for /f %i in ('vzlist -Ho veid') do vzctl exec %i net stop sessionenv && vzctl exec %i net stop /y termservice && vzctl exec %i net start sessionenv && vzctl exec %i net start termservice
