Plesk is not accessible from outside using the following link:


IP address, which is set up for installation of Plesk, is like the following:

mysql> select id, serviceNodeId, ip_address, mask from IP_Addresses;
| id | serviceNodeId | ip_address   | mask        |
|  1 |             1 | | |

Also, domain name "cp.domain.tld" can not be resolved from outside.


IP address, which is set up for the Plesk installation, is from internal network addresses pool, which is hidden behind NAT and is not accessible from the outside.


The following IP addresses are reserved for private networks, as published in RFC 1918:

RFC1918 name    IP address range
24-bit block -
20-bit block -
16-bit block -

To make Plesk accessible from the outside, mapping rule should be configured on edge firewall. Please contact your system administrator to configure NAT properly.
