While migrating accounts from old server using Plesk Migration Manager, the following error appears:

Broken referencial integrity: Sys user id 72 is not found in sys_users

Database inconsistency on the destination server.

  1. Run database integrity checker:

    # /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun check_db_integrity-beta.php
  2. It reported the following result:

List of records in [psa.ftp_users.sys_user_id] that miss a matching record in []
  3. Dump current database state:

    # mysqldump -uadmin -p` cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` psa > /root/psa_KCS7893.sql
  4. Delete redundant record from "psa.ftp_users" table:

    # mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` psa -e "delete from ftp_users where sys_user_id=72"
