Plesk internal issue #PPPM-2936, which is expected to be fixed in future product updates.

There is mail user 'foobar', same as sysuser 'foobar' in backup_domain.tld_info_1506120444.xml.

Restore the backup via Plesk user interface:

  1. In Plesk create a new domain. Use the same domain name and sysuser name as were used for the backed up domain. For example, the domain name is

  2. Upload the backup:

    Domains > > Backup Manager > Upload

  3. Restore the uploaded backup.
