Horde webmail is not accessible, the following error is shown:

No input file specified


Parameter open_basedir is enabled in configuration file.


  1. Check if open_basedir is not set in /etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/php.ini and /etc/psa-webmail/roundcube/php.ini. If it does, remove this setting. For Windows, check this file %plesk_dir%\Additional\PleskPHP5\php.ini

    Note: changes might be overwritten after installation of Plesk microupdates.

  2. Make sure that the 'cgi.fix_pathinfo' is set to '1' in /etc/php.ini:

    # grep cgi.fix_pathinfo /etc/php.ini
  3. Make sure the webmail site resolves to your server. To check that try do the following (here the is the domain with webmail in question):

    • Find the IP addess of the webmail:

      # host                                             has address
    • Make sure that found IP address belongs to your server.

      # ifconfig | grep
      inet addr:  P-t-P:  Bcast:  Mask:
