Plesk installed with Plesk Billing and SSO is configured.

Customer can't login to Plesk account. It says the password is wrong even when it's correct.


Customer has no active subscriptions.


All customers with active subscriptions can successfully login to both Billing and Plesk panels.
Customers with inactive subscriptions can login to Billing only.
Customers without subscriptions cannot login anywhere.
