This behavior is recognized as product bug with internal ID #PSBM-25186.

Issue is permanently fixed in PCS 6.0 Update 6 (version 6.0.6-1992) and its Transporter Agent.

To address the issue following steps should be performed:

  1. Update the destination server to PCS6.0 Update 6(6.0.6-1992).
  2. Upload and install the new ParallelsTransporterAgent-23384.998860.exe from /usr/share/pmigrate/tools/ to source Windows server.
  3. Re-run the migration
