1. What's Included in This Update

This update includes a new Virtuozzo (formerly Parallels Cloud Server) 6.0 kernel (2.6.32-042stab108.6) based on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.6 kernel (2.6.32-504.16.2.el6). The new kernel introduces stability fixes.

2. Bug Fixes

  • rtnl_lock leak in netlink_dump() could lead to node crash. (#PSBM-34813, #OVZ-3270)

  • Container restore could lead to error messages "oops, schedule() did not make us dead", creation of unkillable running processes, memory corruption, and node crashes caused by incorrect restore of zombie processes (#PSBM-25446, #OVZ-3085, #OVZ-3240)

  • Memory corruption on nodes with custom sysctl setting 'kernel.pid_ns_hid_child=1' (#OVZ-3257)

3. Obtaining the Update

You can download and install the update using the yum utility included in the Virtuozzo (formerly Parallels Cloud Server) 6.0 distribution.
