  • Plesk Billing

When I try to access CBM from Plesk I get CBM login window.

  • Plesk has admin account with corresponding password (local admin that has an access only to hosting).
  • Customer & Business Manager has its own admin account with its own passwords (global).

CBM allows to registry several Plesks. When you log in to the Plesk (using Plesk admin and password) and make an attempt to use CBM features (for example clicking on CBM 'customers') the system should authenticate user but as the Plesk admin has an access only to hosting and there could be several Plesks system should use the global CBM password. Plesk admin password is being compared with CBM global password, passwords do not match and there is why the authentication failure error appears. If you log in to CBM first with corresponding billing account, go back to Plesk and then click on CBM 'customers' authentication-error will not appear.

Set the same password for SSO admin application and local Plesk admin according to the official guide.
