Cannot register and manage passive nodes of Windows cluster in PVA MN.

PVA Agent depends on vzsrv that in turn is disabled on passive clustered nodes by default (and should remain disabled on passive nodes).

The ability to register and manage passive clustered Windows nodes in PVA MN willbe added in future updates in scope of Feature Request PVA-34556

As a workaround it is possible to remove the 'vzsrv' dependence from PVA Agent service by means of native Windows service configuring. That will allow to run PVA Agent while 'vzsrv' is stopped.

To remove the dependence:

> net stop pvaagent
> sc config pvaagent depend= /
> net start pvaagent

And to return the dependence back:

> net stop pvaagent
> sc config pvaagent depend= vzsrv
