When trying to log in to Plesk GUI, the following error occurs:

    ERROR: Session_Exception
    Up Level
    Session expired

Default timeout for login to Plesk is set to 30 seconds. Sometimes, it is not enough.

Increase login_timeout value in the psa database:

  1. Log in to Plesk database:

    # mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa
  2. Check login_timeout value:

    mysql> select * from misc where param="login_timeout";
    | param         | val |
    | login_timeout | 30  |
    1 row in set (0.00 sec)
  3. Increase the value to 120 seconds

    mysql> update misc set val=120 where param="login_timeout";
