1. What's Included in This Update

The new packages for Virtuozzo (formerly Parallels Cloud Server) 6.0 provide new features and stability fixes for Virtuozzo (formerly Parallels Cloud Server).

Note: This update causes service restart.

2. New Features

  • Improved migration of Windows containers to virtual machines. Improvements include higher migration speed, migration of network settings, CPU, and memory limits. (#PSBM-31947)

3. Bug Fixes

  • VZFS-based container backup could result in / partition overflow. (#PSBM-21789)

  • The IP address passed with the '--vnc-address' option is ignored and VNC server for the virtual machine listens on address 'IPADRR_ANY'. (#PSBM-34337)

  • In certain circumstances, migrating containers to a heavily loaded hardware node could fail. (#PSBM-34548)

  • In certain circumstances, virtual machine could fail to resume automatically from suspended state after 'vzreboot'. (#PSBM-34554)

  • Setting the 'noauto' option in fstab could result in /vz partition not being mounted on server start. (#PSBM-34800)

  • Container might start unexpectedly after stopping if sysvinit-utils is outdated (sysvinit-utils 2.88dsf-59). (#PSBM-34966)

  • Flushing a disk mounted with the 'lazytime' mount option could loop in writeback_sb_inodes(). (#PSBM-35040)

  • Security fixes ported from the RedHat Enterprise Linux 6 2.6.32-573.el6 kernel. (CVE-2014-3184, CVE-2014-3940, CVE-2014-4652, CVE-2014-8133, CVE-2014-8709, CVE-2014-9683, CVE-2015-0239, CVE-2015-3339)
