Synchronized for a Hardware node in OBAS under
Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Nodes > <name_of_Hardware_node> > OS Templates or Applications. Update Synchronization State button does not solve the issue, templates remain not synchronized.
Task Update synchronization state of templates for
<shortname_of_hardware_node> has "Error" status under
Action log > Tasks Queue.
RPM database issues on the Hardware Node in question.
Resolve the issue with RPM database on the Hardware Node.
Please be advised that RPM database rebuilding is a purely administrative task and is out of scope of Odin support.
After the RPM database is fixed, press Update Synchronization State button under
Top > Service Director > Virtuozzo Manager > Nodes > <name_of_Hardware_node> > Applications or OS Templates.
