My website shows the Default Plesk page.


  • Site is suspended
  • Site resolves not properly
  • Webserver is misconfigured


  1. Check that the domain resolves correctly by means of the nslookup or the dig utility. For example, to check DNS resolution by Google Public DNS with IP address, run the following command:

    # nslookup

  2. Make sure that the domain is not suspended via Home > Subscriptions > > Websites & Domains.

  3. Reconfigure the domain with the following command:

    For Linux:

    # /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng  --reconfigure-domain <_your_domain_name_>

    For Windows:

    "%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name domain.tld

    Note: In Plesk 12.5 you can use the following command line tool:

    plesk repair web
