Cause

Due to heavy load on the backup node more time is required to authenticate client connection.

Resolution

Increase login_timeout on both client and backup nodes, by default, it is 30 seconds

[root@pcs1 ~]# grep login_timeout /var/opt/pva/agent/etc/vzagent.conf
<login_timeout>30</login_timeout>
[root@pcs1 ~]#

It can be adjusted up to 90 seconds or more if needed.
