How to send Plesk Problem Report and get its ID?


There two ways to create Problem Report in Plesk:

  1. In Plesk Panel go to Tools & Settings > Support > Generate a technical report before contacting support. (recommended)


  2. Using Command Line utility:

      # plesk bin report --collect

To collect the information about the system, Plesk uses the tools known as collect-info or informer tools, described in articles [Unix] Collect info tool and [Windows] Collect info tool.

The result of the execution will be a ZIP archive with the Plesk and system information. The archives then could be found in directory:

  • On Linux: /usr/local/psa/var/reports/collected
  • On Windows: %plesk_dir%\var\reports\collected

Or you can choose to upload report directly to Odin report server:


and provide Report ID to Odin Support team for investigation.
