How to send Plesk Problem Report and get its ID?
There two ways to create Problem Report in Plesk:
In Plesk Panel go to Tools & Settings > Support > Generate a technical report before contacting support. (recommended)
Using Command Line utility:
# plesk bin report --collect
The result of the execution will be a ZIP archive with the Plesk and system information. The archives then could be found in directory:
- On Linux: /usr/local/psa/var/reports/collected
- On Windows: %plesk_dir%\var\reports\collected
Or you can choose to upload report directly to Odin report server:
and provide Report ID to Odin Support team for investigation.
