MailEnable webmail loads very slow. Users are unable to list messages after logging in.
The following kind of messages can be found in Windows Event Viewer:
General: (MailEnable Authentication TD Provider error: 0) An error occured when accessing the resource: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Postoffices" as user "SERVER\IME_ADMIN". The error reported was: (5) Access is denied.
Restoration of permissions using
%plesk_dir%\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin\MEInstaller.exe utility does not solve the issue.
IME_ADMIN does not have enough privileges over
%plesk_dir%\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Postoffices directory.
Open Security Properties of
%plesk_dir%\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Postofficesdirectory:
Right-click on directory > Properties > Security > Edit
IME_ADMINand grant him Full control:
MailEnable Postoffice Connectorservice.
