When clicking Webadmin icon for MSSQL database on subscription in Plesk, the following error appears:

myLittleAdmin Silent Logon Error
Login failed for user 'USER_NAME'


[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
Provider=sqloledb;Data Source=.\MSSQLSERVER2012;User Id=userdb;Password=*****;


myLittelAdmin commercial license key is installed


  • Domain names and are not resolved to current Plesk server.
  • myLittleAdmin is not licensed for additional servers.


  • Make sure domain resolves properly. Otherwise contact domain registrar.
  • Check if the following 'A' records are present in domain's dns zone at:

    Subscriptions > > Website & domains > DNS settings       A             A
  • Make sure that myLittleAdmin is licensed for additional SQL Server instance.
