FTP logs are not generated in xferlog files of domains. FTP statistics can not be generated.

Log location is not properly set in /etc/proftpd.conf.

Set correct "TransferLog" location in /etc/proftpd.conf:

/var/log/plesk/xferlog instead of /usr/local/psa/var/log/xferlog

# grep TransferLog /etc/proftpd.conf
TransferLog /var/log/plesk/xferlog

Additional information:

  1. proFTPd writes all FTP statistics to /usr/local/psa/var/log/xferlog

  2. statistics process divides this log into parts and puts them into domain's xferlog_regular

  3. Then, this log is handled by statistics_log_processor and statistics_collector processes, and after that all records from xferlog_regular are moved to xferlog_regular.processed.

  4. xferlog_regular is reset to zero.

So, once Daily Maintenance script runs, it will put the logs from /usr/local/psa/var/log/xferlog to the corresponding domain's xferlog_regular.
