Refund is required for usage of Plesk at Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace.

Refund options depend on the type of Plesk instance ordered at AWS Marketplace. From billing point of view, there are two types of instances:

  1. AWS instances with preinstalled Plesk license. In this case, Amazon charges the purchaser for usage of both resources and Plesk license. Refund request should be addressed to Amazon team.
  2. Bring Your Own License (BYOL) images. Here Plesk installation is offered without a license key. Customer should obtain the key either from Plesk directly, or from a reseller of Plesk. In this case Amazon charges the purchaser for resource usage only. Refund requests for resource fees should be addressed to Amazon. Refund for license fee is to be requested from the seller of the license.
