Is it possible to use license with DISABLE_FEATURE_UPGRADES to disable the upgrade option?

Currently, this feature does not work as designed. The functionality issue is submitted as Plesk internal issue with id #PPPM-2607 and will be fixed in further updates.

  1. Disable upgrade in Plesk via GUI, then hide all Plesk update controls via Home > Tools & Settings > Interface Management > Interface Controls Visibility.
  2. Prepare mirror of Plesk repository, cut all undesired versions from plesk.inf3.
