We've created an interactive web form to submit a support ticket for a technical or licensing issues. It also offers an instant solution from our Knowledge Base guided by the product information and issue description initially provided.
In order to submit the ticket, please choose the corresponding web form for your product:
- Odin Service Automation, Odin Business Automation Standard and Plesk Automation
- Plesk family
- Virtualization products
Once you submit the ticket, you may then track it in your Self-Service portal, regardless of the product or web form you used.
The ticket creation procedure and interactions with support remain the same until February 2016, at which point each product group will have own ticket tracking system.
