The issue is reproduced for only a specific reseller. The rest of resellers can login to the control panel successfully.

Power_user_mode has TRUE value in cl_param table. This can be checked the following way:

mysql> SELECT param, val FROM cl_param WHERE cl_id in (SELECT id FROM clients WHERE pname="reseller's name") AND param='power_user_mode';

    | param           | val   |
    | power_user_mode | true  |

  2. Run the following query to disable power_user_mode in cl_param table (replace "reseller's name" value accordingly):

    mysql> UPDATE cl_param SET val='false' WHERE param='power_user_mode' AND cl_id in (SELECT id FROM clients WHERE pname="reseller's name");
