Release Notes

Plesk is pleased to introduce the new Micro-Update #16 for the 12.5.30 version of Plesk.

The 12.5.30 MU#16 update is recommended for all Plesk users and includes general functionality fixes that improve the stability, compatibility, and security of your Plesk server.

To ensure optimal server reliability and security, we strongly recommend keeping your operating system and Plesk software up-to-date.

What's Changed

The following issues were resolved:

[-] The XML API request changing PHP settings of a domain failed if the domain name contained an Umlaut symbol. (PPPM-3585)

[-] (On Linux) Web site preview did not work after upgrade from an earlier version if nginx was not installed. (PPPM-3746)

[-] (On Linux) After running the "plesk repair installation -n" command the Plesk installation was reconfigured despite of using the "-n" option. (PPPM-3521)

[-] (On Linux) If Apache graceful restart was enabled in Plesk, the domain configuration could not be changed. (PPPM-3583)

[-] (On Linux) Administrator could not retrieve an additional license key for the MagicSpam extension. (PPPM-3672)

[-] (On Windows) If the SmarterMail server installed on the Plesk server was unavailable, Plesk automatically switched to another mail server or to "None" if no other mail servers were installed. (PPPM-3716)

[-] (On Windows) If subscription options were changed many times (more than 65000) than it was impossible to do any operation with Plesk. (PPPM-3738)

Plesk Migrator

[+] It is possible to run custom shell scripts after subscriptions migration.

[+] Domains without physical hosting can be migrated from custom hosting platform.

[+] It is possible to migrate to Plesk when it is in Power User mode.

[*] Timestamps were added into the Plesk Migrator log files.

[-] In case of many domains migration took too long time because of non-optimal algorithm. (PMT-2244)

[-] Customers and domains belonging to an administrator were not included into migration list if the administrator's ID was not equal to 1. (PMT-2426)

[-] Wrong permissions were assigned to subscription files having non-unicode symbols. (PMT-2287)

[-] In some cases, Plesk Migrator displayed a confusing pop-up error message after starting migration. (PMT-2348)

[-] The migration settings changed in the Plesk Migrator user interface were not saved if the migration failed to start. (PMT-2391)

[-] The information that the ports 10155 and 10156 should be opened for migration on Windows was added into the Plesk Migrator installation documentation. (PMT-2246)

[-] When a service plan was created via the XML API, the first attempt to migrate the domains assigned to the created service plan failed. (PMT-2402)
