Cause

The default value of innodb_buffer_pool_size is 8MB, which may be insufficient for a large database.

Resolution

Increase innodb_buffer_pool_size by adding(adjusting) innodb_buffer_pool_size line to /etc/my.cnf

[root@pva ~]# grep innodb_buffer_pool_size /etc/my.cnf
innodb_buffer_pool_size=24Mb
