Resolution

First of all, please check the details of the error message once you experience problems connecting to a Virtuozzo server.  For example the details can explain that another client with the same serial number is already connected.

Log on on the Virtuozzo Host server and restart the Service VE (SVE) using the command line:

vzctl restart 1

Check if you can now connect to this server from your Vituozzo Management Console (VZMC) - you should hit refresh button for that.

If the connection is not restored after SVE restart, please start the Virtuozzo Configuration Wizard from the SWsoft program folder. Skip the steps of the wizard until the Service VE Creation screen. Uncheck 'Skip' checkbox, specify the password and press 'Next' to re-create the Service VE. Once the process is finished, you should be able to re-establish the connection to your Virtuozzo server.

Please note that after you re-create the Service VE, you will be asked for the password again during the first connection to the server.

Also the service VE can be created with use of this command line:

vzsveinstall -s <service_vps_ip_address> -w -f

Note: Command line method doesn't support the ability to create SVE in the NAT mode.

Please note that after you re-create the Service VE, you will be asked for the password again during the first connection to the server.
