Upon attempt to use WordPress TinyMCE plugin the following error is thrown in browser:

You don't have permission to access /web/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php on this server. 

The following error appears in the domain's error log /var/www/vhosts/system/

[Tue Dec 22 18:53:12 2015] [error] [client] client denied by server configuration: /var/www/vhosts/
[Wed Dec 23 11:25:34 2015] [error] [client] client denied by server configuration: /var/www/vhosts/

wp-content and/or wp-includes directories are secured through Home > Subscriptions > > Websites & Domains > Wordpress > Example > Check Security or Home > WordPress > Example > Check Security which can be verified in /etc/apache2/plesk.conf.d/vhosts/ file:

<Directory "/var/www/vhosts/">
       <FilesMatch .php$>
            Require all denied


The execution of PHP files in the wp-content and/or wp-includes directory is forbidden because of enabled security for these directories.


Roll Back security for wp-content and/or wp-includes directory of the WordPress site via Home > Subscriptions > > Websites & Domains > WordPress > Example > Check Security.
