Unable to create/delete subscription if Coldfusion installed and chosen in assigned service plan.


This is software issue #PPPM-4056.


  1. Download hotfix for Plesk 12.0.30/Windows Server 2012 attached to the article.

  2. Replace cfmng.exe and coldfusion10provider.dll files on your server, but previously create backup of these files.

Otherwise use the following steps to workaround the issue:

  1. Close the Plesk page manually after waiting for a few minutes in case of subscription creation.
  2. Kill the CFMng process while deleting the subscription.
