Some sites were showing a 403 on PHP pages. Attempted the following commands which have meant all sites now display the same things:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.5.30-bootstrapper/ repair

Invalid rewrite rules specified in domain .htaccess file.

  • Enable rewrite rules debug in /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.tld/conf/httpd.conf by adding the section below:

RewriteEngine On RewriteLog "/var/log/httpd/rewrite.log" RewriteLogLevel 9

  • Restart or reload apache web server.

  • Analyze /var/log/httpd/rewrite.log to find failed rule.
