  • Default document was disabled in IIS
  • Permissions are not properly set for domain's vhost directory


  • Make sure default document is enabled in IIS at IIS - domain.tld - default documents

  • Repair domain permissions:

    "%plesk_bin%"\repair.exe --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name domain.tld
    The web server for the domain.tld website was successfully reconfigured.
